1:1 Clinical Hypnotherapy and Program Options 2023
Many clients choose to attend on a weekly basis session by session other clients prefer to attend a program of sessions: this can have a greater ongoing effect for those who are on one of my weight loss or anxiety/stress management programmes.
Consultation Session
- 1:1 Discussion and a 10min hypnotherapy relaxation session (No recordings provided) The cost will be deducted from the clients next 1:1 or program booked. (30 mins session)
Individual Sessions
- 1:1 session – discussion/hypnotherapy session/follow-up/recording of session. Around 1 hour session which includes face to face hypnosis, NLP, CBT and coaching sessions
Four Session Program
- Four Session Program 1:1 session – Around 1.5 hours face to face hypnosis, NLP, CBT and coaching sessions. PLUS an audio recording of the session, ongoing phone, text & email support. Payable by one payment or pre-agreed instalments.
Six Session Program
- As previous – Six weekly sessions around 90mins, personal recordings, ongoing phone, text & email support. Payable by one payment or instalments.
Hypno-Reshape Weight Loss Program Options
Re-Shape your Mind and your Body – 8 week program
- Total cost £440.00 £55.00 per session £220 initial payment then weekly or prearranged instalments
- One to one weekly consultation/coaching 30 mins Weekly hypnotherapy session 45 – 60 mins Recording of session and reinforcement recording Weekly affirmation for motivation Weekly phone call, text or email Additional extras included e.g, pedometer, weight loss journal
- Continued support throughout the program and beyond.

Sessions may vary in length depending on the type of therapy used, typically 1-1½ hours.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged for at the full hourly rate.
